The new name for Martin Club
The Hart of Martin is a friendly community social club that is open to all, with no need to be a member to use the facilities.
Function Hall
The modern and spacious hall is available for hire for activities and events, as well as private functions (weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties etc.) It is adjacent to the bar area so the bar is available for events, but the bar can also be closed off so the hall can be hired independently. There is a kitchen available for event catering, and the hall also includes a skittle alley.

Snooker, Pool, Table tennis and Darts
There are two full-size snooker tables as well as a pool table, a table tennis table, and three darts boards.
Skittle Alley
Looking for something a little different for your private party or event? We’re proud to have our very own traditional skittle alley which is available for hire for private functions. To make your event special, why not request a visit from the Pizza Pig pizza van, or arrange a buffet provided by a local caterer? Please contact us for more information.
The Bar
Our volunteer-run bar stocks draught cider and lager. There is a good selection of soft drinks, beer, wine, and low alcohol and gluten-free beers. Free Wifi is available. Bar opening times:

Walking
This is a beautiful area, with lots of lovely walks on the Martin Down nature reserve, and on the local footpath network. See here for a delightful circular walk that starts and finishes at the Hart:

The Hart of Martin is open to everyone, so there is no need to be a member to use the facilities. However, membership helps to support the Hart and lets you have your say in how the Hart is run. Available from £10 per year, with discounts for senior citizens.
